Why would xml-rpc response be blank?

i made a script which uses class-ixr and metaweblog interface to manage all my and my friends wordpress sites(about 600 sites which uses same extensions and templates), it was working perfectly i was able to post articles and do other stuff, about 10 days ago i had to move some of my sites to a new host and since then i am not able to get response from those sites, i am still able to post and do other stuff but i cant get response back, i looked at error logs both on script side and wordpress side but couldnt find anything so i opened debug options with script and i saw “parse error. not well formed”, as far as i know response comes but it is malformed… i dont know if it is because of php version or extensions but i really need help…
it works with wordpress installations which uses these configurations

http://e-winsa.com/blog/i.phpwhen i compared responses only difference i could see was on header “Vary: Accept-Encoding,User-Agent” can it be because of it?
