    Hi Marc

About a mont ago I reported that version 3.1.6 significantly slowed down loading of both the back and front ends of the website when logged in.

I noticed that WP Optimize had been upgraded to version 3.1.7, so I hoped this would resolve the slow admin loading.

However the latest upgrade also causes the same problem. i.e. very slow page loading of both the back and front ends of the website when logged in. Page load times of 2 minutes are really not acceptable.

After re-installing version 3.1.4 the problem is resolved, and logged-in page load times are back to 1 to 2 seconds.

Staying on version 3.1.4 is not an ideal solution for the long term. Hoping you will be able to resolve this issue.

    Please advise.

    Hi @supertrooper2

So far we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue, which is why it wasn’t fixed.
Be assured that if we find it, we’ll fix it.

    Hi Marc

Should we create an admin account for you, so you can check it out?

I think it’s server related, I have WPO 3.1.7 premium installed on 33 sites, 2 of which are crawling to 2 minutes per page when logged in, and those 2 sites are virtually clones of others from another server which it didn’t do this on.
It’s also a bit intermittent – making it harder to detect.

So I think developers need to take advantage of Supertrooper2’s offer of admin access. Mine are live sites which are not mine and having to consider removing WPO for now.

    Hi Marc

Interesting to read Exo’s theory that the slow loading of admin pages could be server related! It seems that we are not the only WPO user experiencing this issue.

Is there any way we could test this theory that the issue is server related?

    Please advise.

Problem has been solved by checking the box “Serve cached pages to logged in users”.

    Thanks for the great support.
