Why Upcoming Events is missing in the plugin repository?

    The Upcoming Events Widget is on GitHub, but it isn’t shipped or enabled in Jetpack, as it is not ready for prime time just yet. I’m afraid that I don’t have an estimate of when it will be added, but we appreciate the feedback!
