why Unapproved comments showing without this warning

    in my blog why my Unapproved comments showing without this warning “Your comment is waiting for approval” ??
    this text is not showing with the comment but the comment is under moderation ?

    Go to discussion section in Admin panel and checked this option “An administrator must always approve the comment” .

    i check this option and my comment is awaiting for moderation but when a guest post a comment he thinks his comment has been approves because there is no text appearing with a comment that your comment is awaiting moderatin ? how to write this line “Your comment is waiting for approval” for unapproved comment

    Go to line no 1266 and edit this line <?php _e('Your comment is awaiting moderation.') ?>

    hey, i mean that nothing is showing for unapproved comment, even this is not appearing “Your comment is awaiting moderation.” ..why is this happening ?
