When your feed is empty (which yours is) than most likely you made a mistake in your feed configuration. There can be multiple configuration reasons for this, we have listed all of those in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see which one could apply to your feed configuration?

Unfortunetly everything is fine, but the filter does not work as it should. I have those products name, i set to include those 3 products from 2000 others. Also i tried another variant to exlude others products than this 3.
Not working the filter and i do not understand why.
You probably used more than 1 include only filter. You can use only one include only filter per feed configuration.

I want to show up just 3 products on my feed from other 2000 items. How can i filter them by Product Name?

You cannot create multiple include filters on product name, only one include only filter per feed configuration is allowed.
