Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Why there is a js from fast.wistia.net in woo assets?

  • Hi,

I recognize this call in my backend (orders):

    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-help.php:183: '<script src="//fast.wistia.net/assets/external/E-v1.js" aync></script>

Can someone tell me why it is there and do I want/need it?

In my privacy badger I also can find some strange reference to src.litix.io which I can not find in any file with egrep. Where does it come from?

I find it somehow strange that there is a reference to some site I did not deliberatly embed for myself!

    Thanks for hints
    Tom

Wistia is what we use to serve product help videos. They are found in the “Help” tab in admin. The other script must be one of their dependencies.

    Hi Mike,

    thank you!

any functions avaiable to get rid of it?
