  • Everyone working on WordPress.ORG is a volunteer – so it varies as to how much time they have to devote to theme review. It also depends on how many other themes are in the queue. There is nothing you can do to speed it up, nor does the delay mean there is anything necessarily wrong.

volunteer or no 3 weeks its a really long time.
wordpress.org can add new volunteer to speed up their work
    🙂
some authors may think that the done work by them is not adequate when in fact there is no one ready to approve..

I would assume the queue is pretty constant and of decent size. Reviewing each theme takes time. WordPress has to make sure everything is up to snuff.

Doesn’t get around them being volunteers. WPyogi’s statement consists.

    I agree with Andrew!

OP you can direct your question to the theme review mailing list, http://lists.wordpress.org/mailman/listinfo/theme-reviewers

@marius84 I’m sure the theme reviewers would love to have another volunteer, you can sign up at http://make.wordpress.org/themes
