why so difficult?

Two months ago I started a WP blog at work as a blog for our Museum website, and it was a cinch.

Today I started a new personal account with WP and I am totally lost. I thought I already had WP on my computer …. it wants me to download the latest version.

feeling like an idiot . . . very discouraging.

if I already have WP functioning on my computer do I need a new download? the instructions are daunting . . . I’m sorry.

or where the [redacted] can I just start a new blog???
