Why search inside word?

I have your free plugin and PRO plugin on different websites.
In both of them (free & pro) the big problem is that search inside word.
Example: You have an article about transportation and an article about sport.
If user type in the search bar the word: sport it result first article about transportation because this article have inside the word sport: transportation.
Can be this stopped? To search words but not inside word? In this way the search plugin is useless.
