Are you using any security plugins that might block access by IP address or country?
This doesn’t seem like a WordPress problem at all, but related to your hosting account. Check your .htaccess file or cPanel settings, you probably blocked the entire Bangladeshi IP address range by mistake. You’re hosting company might be able to help too.
Hi @sterndata
Firstly I am using “All In One WP Security” plugin. But now it’s disable. If disable all plugin, Yet that is not the solution.
@russelljohn
I contacted the hosting company. They could not offer a solution. My .htaccess file file is completely clean.
They only intersect with my domain without all my data. Equal problems. Hastings Providers have done a lot of good work for my site.
Is this an SSL problem or a domain name problem?
If you do an nslookup on your site from Bangladesh, do you see the same IP I do?
[sdstern@sds-desk ~]$ nslookup www.fileour.com
Server: 127.0.0.1
Address: 127.0.0.1#53
Non-authoritative answer:
www.fileour.com canonical name = fileour.com.
Name: fileour.com
Address: 209.240.106.234
If so, it’s not a DNS problem or an SSL problem.
Can you do a tracert to fileour.com?
If that’s not the case, then I hope you didn’t get blocked by government firewall? Way too many sites are blocked in Bangladesh right now.
I can ping your domain name from Bangladesh, traceroute works fine too, but the site doesn’t resolve. I did a reverse lookup on the IP and I was able to browse other sites hosted on the server just fine. Checked your SSL certificate too, no issues with it.
So at this point it is either an issue at hosting company’s end which they can’t figure out, or Mr. Steve Jabbar doesn’t like your site. You can verify that can adding a different domain name as an “alias” on cPanel and see what happens.
Hi @sterndata and @russelljohn
Thank you for quick suggestion.
Now I have confirmed. My site is problem only on WiFi network around in Bangladesh. But everything is fine through any mobile data.
Please Please Please give me a suggestion.
@fileour I’ve already explained you, read what I wrote again.
Hi @russelljohn
The hosting provider has cooperated a lot with this. But they couldn’t solve it.
So now I have nothing to do?
If your site is blocked by government firewall then nobody can help, moreover this it not a WordPress related issue so it’s no use continuing this thread any more. Try changing your host or hire a professional who can help. Good luck.
