Why make title clickable in single.php?

  • I just thought I’d mention that I’m kinda puzzled as to why so many themes I try have a clickable post title in single.php that just reloads the page…

    Just my two’s, FWIW.

  • if it really bothers you, just go into single.php and remove the link. I actually like having it clickable

This is what I did of course 🙂

I’m just curious as to why one would want to have it clickable. I don’t see the point to giving the user a “link” that just leads to where they currently are, but I may be missing something.

    Thanks for your input.

    PS : thread’s title edited 😉

I don’t know, actually, I just like having it like that. It seems about 50-50 as far as whether or not people make the single titles clickable
