Why isn’t the Changelog maintained on the plugin Development tab?

    When viewing the plugin page, and when updating the plugin on from the WordPress dashboard, why doesn’t the Changelog show recent updates?

    The last change listed is ‘2.1.3.5 – 2019.05.09’
