Hi @jnewell123,
Sorry to know that you are having an issue.
When I checked the mentioned website at my end, I noticed that the Server Response Time (TTFB) on your website is currently quite high, which may be affecting the overall loading performance. I understand that you are having issues navigating inside the WordPress Dashboard, which is often caused by resource limitations on the hosting side. High autoloaded, database bloat, slow queries, and inefficient plugins or themes can also contribute to this issue.
I would suggest checking with your hosting support, as they should be able to provide more insights on what could be slowing down the website.
You can also take a look at the official documentation on Optimizing a WordPress website, which should help with improving the performance of the website. Please find the same here: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/performance/optimization/
Please feel free to ask if you need any clarification, will be happy to help.
Best Regards,
Nebu John
@jnewell123, did you already upgrade all themes, plugins, and WP install?
WordPress in on itself is not slow – it’s either your host or an unoptimized site. Go to https://tools.pingdom.com/ and run a test – it may give some insight as to what’s going on
The most that slow down seems to be the theme JupiterX – Multipurpose WordPress & WooCommerce Theme you’re using. Are there possibility of you to use another theme more lightweight than these one?

As mentioned in previous comments, the first thing to check is that your WordPress core is up to date, along with all your plugins. Then, review your cache plugin settings, depending on which one you’re using, or try clearing the cache directly from your server.
