Why is Woocommerce Proceed To Checkout appearing twice??

Hi

If you add a product to the cart for my store, the ‘proceed to check out’ and also the ‘cart totals’ are duplicated and show twice. What is creating this weird occurrence with woocommernce only on the cart page, it functions fine, it just might confuse buyers.

Any info would be great, thanks.
