Why is this plugin not updated anymore?

    I know that LuckyWP Table of Contents plugin is a good lightweight TOC plugin, but why is this plugin hasn’t been updated since 03 August 2020?

    I’m kinda scared using an outdated plugin.

    Please update the plugin.
