    Jeff, first let me say what an outstanding and useful plugin this is. Works right out of the box.

    The only problem I have found is that the iPad is recognized as a mobile device despite the fact that I have removed iPad from the strings:

    mobile, bolt, palm, series60, symbian, fennec, Nokia, kindle, minimo, netfront, opera mini, opera mobi, semc-browser, skyfire, teashark, uzard, android, blackberry, iPhone

    Do I need to remove other strings?

    Please advise.

    An iPad has the word mobile in it’s user agent string so it would match on the word mobile in your user agent list.

    Thanks, Jeff. I removed the word “mobile” from the user agent list, and now the iPad is not treated as a mobile anymore. I am a little concerned that by removing the word “mobile” some devices will not be picked up anymore.

    I have found a comprehensive list of all mobile devices on the link: The list is presented in the following typical format:

    ‘iPhone’ => ‘\biPhone\b|\biPod\b’, // |\biTunes
    ‘BlackBerry’ => ‘BlackBerry|\bBB10\b|rim[0-9]+’,
    ‘HTC’ => ‘HTC|HTC.*(Sensation|Evo|Vision|Explorer|6800|8100|8900|A7272|S510e|C110e|Legend|Desire|T8282)|APX515CKT|Qtek9090|APA9292KT|HD_mini|Sensation.*Z710e|PG86100|Z715e|Desire.*(A8181|HD)|ADR6200|ADR6400L|ADR6425|001HT|Inspire 4G|Android.*\bEVO\b|T-Mobile G1|Z520m|Android [0-9.]+; Pixel’,
    ‘Nexus’ => ‘Nexus One|Nexus S|Galaxy.*Nexus|Android.*Nexus.*Mobile|Nexus 4|Nexus 5|Nexus 6’,

    If I were to copy / paste the complete list into the settings would this work?

    Thats a set of regular expressions. So you can’t just copy it directly over. But you can parse out the words that are being matched in it like this.

    Some of the words are generic and shouldn’t be used. Like explorer. Or the numbered ones like 8900. Because it is doing a match on HTC followed by that number. But just having HTC will cover all of those.
