Could you please provide the full error message that you get? Also, to be clear, are you saying that you were able to access the plugin at first, but after making some changes to the admin menu you can’t access it anymore?
If the problem only started to happen after modifying the menu, it could be a configuration issue. In that case, the quickest solution might be deactivating and uninstalling the plugin. This will delete plugin settings from the database, and should also remove any problematic menu settings. Then you can reinstall the plugin, and you should be able to access it again.
thank you for reply
this message
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
and about reinstall plugin for that i contact you this problem happen 2 times and i do reinstall and after time i cant open plugin settings
i can send to you info of admin to check the problem
That doesn’t look like one of the error messages that could be generated by this plugin, but there are some situations where you might also get a generic error instead, so it’s inconclusive.
When you reinstalled it, did you delete it from the “Plugins” page, or did you just manually delete the files? Plugin settings will only be deleted if you uninstall the plugin from the WP dashboard; deleting files manually won’t do that.
i can send to you info of admin to check the problem
