Why flash movie ONLY showing at home page

at my site: http://chatwin.com.do/wp/
the flash movie at the right sidebar only show at the ‘home page’, if you go to other pages it does not appear. i’m able to right click on the blank space and get the ‘About Adobe Flash…’ what i’m doing wrong? thanks
