Why dont you answer to paid members?

I am wondering why dont you answer the paid members. I have been stuck with duplicate posting issue on my site since last 1 year and you haven’t answered back since last 5 months.
My Ticket #125077. Please have a look at it.
Also I was already using your guide for WP-Cron which doesn seems to help.
The duplicates are random.

As a premium customer, we’ve been asking and waiting for them since last year and to date – it has never worked – not even a refund!
He only pays attention to free users so he can hook them in!
WP Admin know but ignores this fact and will no doubt delete this message 😉
