• I have ALWAYS had issues with inserting my own light box stuff into wordpress, but this time i REALLY need it to work. I dont want a “plugin” because this really has nothing to do with automatic light-boxing of images as links. This is not a wordpress blog, this is a wordpress website.. So I just need to apply this lightboxing to a handful of images and I would like to do it manually via the rel=”prettyPhoto”

If you look at the site here:
    http://96.9.157.245/~rrochlin/in-the-media/

and have a look at the source you can see I have jquery there, the pretty photo script, and the document fucntion called at the bottom before the closing </body> tag..

I have the HTML correct by using the rel=”prettyPhoto” and it just isnt working!! Same thing is happening with a slider that I installed for the front page seen here:
    CLICK

I don’t really have any answers here! I’m not good enough at javascript to troubleshoot someone else’s work so i’d really appreciate someone having a look

I got it to the point where I can actually see the prettyphoto styles and such in the source, but the links are clickable now (the image links)

    WHAT THE HELL??

OK.. never mind. I take it all back. Apparently the header wasn;t liking the way I was linking to the files. I got it by using the absolute path (which I prefer to not use) but its all good now.
