I just uploaded the newest version 2.8.4 and the first thing i see is this

There doesn't seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started. Need more help? We got it. You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn't work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.

and the title of the page is WordPress > Error

Why can't this be changed to saying ..your first step is to rename wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php

ERROR on very first page is not good way to go i feel !!!

Why didn't you read the instructions before starting to install?

Because I have been using wordpress for last 6 years and I didn't have to. I just went straight to the url to see what happens.

I just feel it's a tiny suggestion..but it's good not to give an error message there.
