Why does it look fine in wordpress preview, but not live?

First off, thanks for the help. On this page: http://www.dramaticsnyc.com/stylistsandlocations/ , I am trying to align the photos to be left to right, but kind of over-lap each other like when you spread out a pack of cards on a table, and make them all black and white until you hover over them with your mouse and it returns to the original color. How can I do this? Thanks!
