WPDiscuz is one of the best comments plugins available but there is one shortfall, which has not yet been resolved:

Many people sign in using the WP Social Login plugin, which works hand-in-hand with WPDiscuz. However their Facebook, Twitter or other social media avatars do not display next to the comments.

The avatars are definitely being saved in the WordPress comments in the admin together with the links to their social media accounts.

So why can WPDiscuz not resolve this simple coding issue and make it the best comments plugin available?

    Thank you supertrooper2,

Could you please disable Grvatar caching from Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Cache admin page and check again. Also please delete all caches and do CTRL + F5 on frontend before checking.

    Gravatar caching was already disabled.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi supertrooper2,

We couldn’t log in on your website via FB to make comments and check your website issue.

Could you please disable your social login plugin, enable wpDiscuz social login options and let us know? We’ll check and try to find some solution for you.
