 * If I create a new plugin, load it to WordPress, it get’s approved, I push files
   up via SVN. Then if I download the files through WordPress, and onto my system..
   I view the files..they have been entirely reformatted. At what step does the
   system reformat all of the code in the plugin files. Even the text file got reformatted.
   Does it happen via the SVN update, or when they are downloaded and applied by
   the wordpress system?

 * It basically just does double spacing on every single line of code, and every
   single line in the excel file..
 * Like this as a double space
 * Just like this
 * Every line is another two spaces down.
 * Any advice as to when this would be happening?
