    when placing a link to another website or facebook I always get this image.
    How come?

    Hello!

    Your og:image is not set properly. I took a look at your code and found this:

    <meta property="og:image" content="http://www.staytoeat.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/images/default-user-image.png" />

    You should begin by looking at All in One SEO’s settings.

    I also noticed you use Yoast too. You should choose only one. I recommend using Yoast’s OpenGraph feature.
