Why do Events display in list but not on calendar?

    My calendar displays the current (month view) but there is no option to go to the next month. There ARE events listed for the next 2 months but no way to turn the calendar page. My guess is that I’m missing something that links my events to the calendar. I’ve checked and the information is filled out in the Calendar section of each event and the events are Public. I don’t know what else to check for. I’ve tried looking for instructions but I only found the most basic steps. Download, Install, add events and Voila! Not so much for me…. Thanks for any assistance. FYI using Sydney theme but I understand Events Calendar is compatible with all WP Themes.

    I can see links to previous and next month at the bottom of calendar page month view (i.e. http://sitename.com/events/2016-12/). The default template for events is used in the plug-in options. Try to change from “blank page” or “default page” template to “default event” template.

    And I use “Tribe Events” style (also in options). Not “basic”, not “full”.

    Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to try to help. I’m so sorry but you lost me. I just use “Add Event” and fill out everything from there. What menus do I need to click to find the “default event” template to change from “blank page” or “default page” to “default event” template? Is “Tribe Events” style in the same place? I’ve never seen options “basic or “full”.

    Just to reiterate… It displays the month of January and gives the option to page back to October but there is no option to advance to any future month even though I have events listed for both February and March.
