• Earlier today I posted a forum topic related to a theme bug. A few ours later I went to check for replies, but the topic was gone. I figured I must something went wrong upon submission, so I posted again. This time I checked to make sure the post really appeared. It did. But an hour later it was gone, too.

I read the forum’s spam filter can do these deletions, but I can’t imagine the wording in my post could have triggered it.

    What’s happening?

I hope this posts sticks and someone replies.

How were those threads off-topic and detrimental??? Both pointed out there are missing files in a theme that cause a 404 error, and some markup issues trigger W3C errors. How can that be off-topic, or even detrimental, and to whom???

In the opinion of the forum’s moderators, your previous comments – either in their tone or content – were detrimental to this community. In general, it is always a Good Idea(tm) to Think Before You Post and to follow the guidelines in http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome

Whether you agree with the moderation (or not) is not up for discussion but how you proceed from this point on is up to you.
