Support » Plugin: User Activity Log » ‘why disable’ prompt prevents disabling

Like the title says; on trying to disable the plugin you het a prompt asking why you disable (annoying enough as is), but after clicking ‘Submit and disable’ the page reloads and the plugin stays enabled. Using the ‘disable’ inline-link does this, trying to check the checkbox and using the bulk-action dropdown also fails. For now I’ve just deleted the plugin folder from my wp-content/plugins folder.

    Greets!

    Hi @kpolljonker,

I apologize for the issue you’re facing with the plugin.

I tried to activate plugin and deactivate it many times but not facing that issue. Is that possible we can check that issue with your website?

And if you already removed that plugin directory from ‘wp-content/plugins’ folder then user activity log plugin already deactivated with your website.

    Regards
