I have a problem in PMPro, some users who subscribe to my website already paid for 1 year. but the information on PMPro has the status of cancel and deletes all membership data. what solution should I do?

Hi @alroysugiarto,

Deleting a user when a subscription is canceled is not a default behavior in PMPro. You can read more about PMPro order statuses here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/order-status-descriptions-pmpro/

Do you have any custom code running on your site that deletes a user when their subscription is canceled? Or did you delete any of your membership levels after members signed up, please?
