Why default themes does not work on localhost

    I installed WordPress on localhost server of my pc. It works great
    for admin panel. But user part does not work at all. It look like
    wp-content\themes\default\index.php’s functions(such as get_header(),bloginfo()…) are not work. Any solution?

    that’s impossible, try reactivating the default theme again

    I always get error msg ‘Fatal error, undefined get_header() function
    on server error log file.

    Works fine on localhost for me. Must be something wrong with your setup. Download XAMPP and see how it works…a detailed tutorial here:
