Why cant i log in???

HELP! For the past two days i havn’t been able to log into my wordpress blog. I am only using one of the templates and it has been working fine for about a month. At first i thought the server might be down, or wordpress might be doing maintenence or something. But now i think it’s me.

I can still view my blog, but for some reason i can log into my account to change anything or post. everytime i try to log in the page comes up with the standard error page saying that the address is wrong or the server is having problems.

I am getting really frustrated. i have tried going through the main wordpress site, but it won’t login their either.
what’s going on???
