 * Hello,
 * All you can do to test the problem is as follows:
 * 1- Submit an event as a normal user
 * 2- Add the title of an event that include “&”. For expamle: Information & Technologies
   Event
 * 3- Login as an admin to publish the event
 * 4- Once you publish the event, the title becomes “Information & amp; Technologies
   Event
