[Resolved] Why aren't support ticket requests being responded to?
I’ve submitted two support tickets — one over a month ago and the other over 7 days ago. I’ve received automated emails saying my support requests have been received.
Yet, there’s no action.
I log into my account and see my requests at:
and they both say “open” with nothing further.
Why is Shareholic asking us to go to the Support website to submit requests if they’re not being responded to?
