Why are you adding useless things?

    Hello,
    i am working on my homepage and there was a little update.
    I’m using this theme because its very clean and free from useless code.
    But now i am not sure if its clever to use this theme anymore…
    Are you adding some useless code like this ” .twentyseventeen-front-page article:not(.has-post-thumbnail):not(:first-child) {
    border-top: 1px solid #ddd;
    } ” in the future?
    Every article with this stupid 1px border?! Sorry but i dont understand it. It’s annoying for the most designer/developer and i dont think that a normal User will benefit from something like that.
    Please, dont destroy this good theme with useless stuff like this and when you want and will add some more stuff like this please tell me. I dont want to check after an small update what i have to set to display:none now…
