Why are the ‘comments’ collapsed?

    Hi,

    please take a look at the comments at http://free-from-debts.org/

    when clicken on the they open up at the bottom of the page.

    on my second page they’re opened up.

    I don’t know which is better really but would like to understand why they’re different.
