I have the feed to post add-on and am constantly having to fix “unclassified” posts.
I’ve spent a considerable amount of time checking and double checking that the taxonomies are set properly for each of my feeds.

I have seen that this is somewhat of a known issue. It was listed as one of the things fixed in a recent update, however this is not the case for me.

    Very disappointing and frustrating.
Please advise what, if anything can be done.

I do not want to showcase my default category (unclassified) however this may be my only option, which sorta sucks.

    My solution: http://eroticaudit.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Taxonomies-are-broken.png

If this isn’t addressed I may just have to update the description of that category to include the name and maker of this plugin, advising others not to use.

Hi, for questions regarding our premium add-ons please contact us via a premium support ticket.

This forum is for questions regarding the free core version of WP RSS Aggregator only, and we do not reply here as often as we do for a premium ticket.

Please contact us there, referring to this post, and explaining your issue in a bit more details. If you can include your login details too it will allow us to take a closer look at what’s going on.

    Thanks!

So instead of help, I got the usual run around about posting in the “premium support” forum (yeah right)
Then I was told to provide a detailed log (which I did to no avail)
Then I was told to provide my username and password to my site so they can “look around” (Again, yeah right)
    Total joke.
Thank you for forcing me into creating something myself, from scratch.
I’ve pretty much had it WP RSS Aggregator, it sucks.

Hi, posting in the premium support channel is no run around whatsoever. This forum, by WordPress rules, is only meant for support questions regarding the free core version of our plugin, and not for any premium add-ons.

Our premium support tickets are in turn replied to within 24 hours at most, as you have seen for yourself when sending us the support request.

You also mentioned that you provided a detailed log, which I cannot currently find. I can only see 2 emails from your end, both of which don’t provide enough information for us to debug the issue. In addition to that, we asked for login details, as we do with all customers whose issues cannot be solved by simple descriptions, and as is also normal procedure with so many other plugin support teams, however you failed to reply whatsoever to this request before posting the reply above.

If you can please get back in touch with us with the required login credentials our support team will be able to look into this further. We are always willing to help out any and all customers who come across any issues whatsoever with WP RSS Aggregator.

    Thank you.
