It’s not documented anywhere officially, but rumor is that Google, and many other large search engines are no longer obeying the nofollow attribute all of the time. Nofollow was originally (around 2005/6) intended to help fight SPAM links in comments etc, but that intent failed miserably.
If you do an analysis on your links using something like: http://testuri.org/sniffer — you’ll see that the nofollow (X-Robots-Tag) tag is definitely present in your links though.
