I can see impressions showing on my Adsense account from the last couple of weeks, but
    in your plug in, under:

AdSense warnings, it states: “One of your sites is missing the AdSense publisher ID in the ads.txt file. Create one now. Learn more about AdSense account issues here. dismiss”

I clicked on the ‘create now’ and I copy and pasted the code that starts with, pub-1413xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, DIRECT, f08c47fec0xxxxxxxx into the ads.txt box. However, an error comes up that says: A third-party file exists:

with a new window containing the following info:
    # affilinet-performance-module-start
    # Do not modify the following lines
    # Ver. 1.9.1, 8332, RESELLER, f5ab79cbxxxxxxxx, 8327, RESELLER, f5ab79cb9xxxxxxx, 8334, RESELLER, f5ab79cb9xxxxxxx, 8333, RESELLER, f5ab79cbxxxxxxx
    # affilinet-performance-module-end

Could you please advise how I can get the ads to show using your plug in, as well as how I can get rid of this warning in my Adsense account:

” Add your publisher ID to the ads.txt file
To prevent severe impact to your revenue, copy and paste the following line into each ads.txt file:”

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi Sabina,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I know your issue very well because I had to resolve it for myself.

Your current ads.txt is created by and Advanced Ads will not overwrite an existing ads.txt file.

To add your Google entry, please, do the following:

    – copy the 4 entries into a new TXT document
    – add a 5th line with your Google entry
    – save this file and upload it via FTP into your root directory to make it here available:

If you follow this link and see your new entries, it will take also a while until AdSense considers the file and don’t show the notification anymore.

    Best regards,
