Support » Fixing WordPress » Why additional css changes appear on back end but not front end

  • Hello,

    I inserted additional css to the home page footer menu to align (Shipping, Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy). It worked on back end but not on website front end…

    Here is what I inputted:

    .footer-menu {
    display: block;!important;}

    .nav-menu-footer {
    justify-content left;!important;}

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Assuming your CSS is valid – and looking at your site – my first instinct would be to blame Jetpack.
    Delete or disable Jetpack, and see what happens.

    make sure you clear your cache as well.

    Start with that.

    Oh god! It did not work, and now I see another section of the page that moved to something I don’t want. The gallery in the About section is now not functioning as before, images being stacked on top of each other.
