    Hello,

Is there any particular reason why you felt the need to post this in the forum for each of those plugins?

There are three separate plugins because there are three discrete affiliate networks. Why would someone in the affiliate network for Genesis want to show Scribe or Premise links, or use web space for the plugin to store images they aren’t going to use? It’s not difficult to install three plugins if you want them all. If you would like them as one plugin, you are welcome to take them and combine them yourself. Feel free to take full credit for doing so.

Kindly note that this is a support forum. Please keep it clear of posts better suited for email. Refer to the FAQ which states the forums are not a discussion board.

    Thanks.

Terence, please don’t swear. If he wants to make three plugins, one for each shortcode, he’s allowed to. It makes no difference to the speed of your site one way or the other.

jp2112, FWIW, this is an acceptable post on the forums (though not repeating the same post multiple times… Better would be post once, and tag with all the plugins). It’s not a chat room, true, but we do say “Topics and their discussions must be related to WordPress and providing support for users of WordPress. ” 🙂 This would qualify.

Sorry Ipstenu, I respectfully disagree. This topic is too chatty and expresses no real support issue. The support channel needs to be kept clear for people with issues related to the plugin. The whole tone of the FAQ is focused on how to get help with a problem, not any and all things related to WordPress. Maybe the “Miscellaneous” forum is more appropriate, but the support forum for a specific plugin isn’t the place to troll.

The best I can do is mark this as “not a support question” (which itself is bizarre on a forum dedicated to providing support).
