    Why no matter what I ask to I get a message that “this is not a support question?

    Where are you getting that? I see you’ve asked three questions (including this one) and all have answers. not a one of them is “this is not a support question.”

    Up, below the title (line #4) says exactly that :0

    There is a checkbox when you start a new topic saying “this is a support question” or something like that. It has to be checked!
