• Hi,

    Everything on this plugin is awesome, just a small detail, I can watch a white square before the slide loads which kills all harmnoy on the site.
    What can I do to fix this?

    Here is a quick video that shows the problem:

    Thanks

    In addition to that now the mobile site is broken, is it possible to fix?:

    How does it look on mobile if you remove the SA slider? Is it still broken?

    I see that the container that the SA slider is placed in has a width quadruple the width of the window – a quick CSS fix is:

    .subheader .row {
       display:block !important;
       max-width:100% !important;
    }

    Hi,

    1. When Slide Anything is deactivated the site is back to normal, but also your custom code fixed the width mobile issue, was the theme causing that problem (just curious)?

    2. I still have a white square before the site loads, when Slide Anything is disabled the square doesn’t appear at all, but I don’t know how to fix. There is a video of the problem on the description.

    Thanks

    1. Yes – I would guess this was an issues being caused by your theme or page-builder.

    2. I see this issue too in Firefox and I’m scratching my head on this one. I haven’t see this before with Slide Anything sliders. Maybe as a workaround consider a ‘pre-loader’ plugin?

    Hi,

    First of all, thanks for taking your time to check this issue.
    Well, to be honest I would prefer not to use a preloader, instead I would use plain text instead of the slide.

    I tried with another theme and the white square is gone, so there must be a bug on the sub-header section of my theme, would it be possible for you to take a look if I share a admin user with you? Just let me know, and thanks again.

    I have also reported it to the theme developer.
