    Similar here.
    I have been using GDE for about 18months to link files to my website via DropBox without ANY issues or problems, changing them each month as I upload a new file.
    This month I have the usual 4 PDF’s linked via DropBox. Currently 2 are OK and 2 are not, showing the Oops error. They were ALL fine yesterday when I uploaded them and checked on my website. Today there are just the 2 that are showing.
    I have re-saved and re-loaded the original files.
    I have updated all the plugins and wordpress.
    Any ideas anyone?
    Very frustrating when some are OK and others not.

    Update on this issue. If you are using Drop Box, the problem lies there. not with WordPress/GDE.
