Hm, that IS strange. You’re right, you don’t have the 64-bit problem, all of the data comes back and is displayed by the plugin properly, it’s just Eventbrite not returning anything for it in the iframe (I have the same results: works on mobile, not in a browser).

If you just add Eventbrite’s ticket form widget on its own to your site, do you have any luck?

Wow. works fine with the widget route

I may try to re-create the plug-in option one more time.

Looks like that’s the full event page one; can you try with the ticket form widget? It’s the first one shown in “3. Choose one of our widgets.” (it’s the same widget we recreate in the plugin that’s failing for you).

This first Widget I see is Button, 2nd Text Link, 3rd Event page, 4th Event Calendar and 5th Countdown. Which widget are you referring to?

I see in Eventbrite that I only have 5 of the 6 options (after viewing Eventbrite help page. Ticket Form widget does not display on my account.

Hm, that is odd – I wonder if there’s something about the setup of that particular event that makes it incompatible with the ticket widget. If you create a new event, and leave the default settings all in place, do you have the option of the ticket widget for that event?

I’ve also pinged our contact at Eventbrite to ask them to take a look, maybe they’ll notice something I can’t.

    Hi,

Eventbrite got back to me – it’s because the event allows group registration. Their ticket widget doesn’t support group registration, which is why it fails when we try to call it (and why you don’t have that option in your account).

You can either disable group registration if it’s not that important, or I’d suggest sticking with the full page insert for that particular event. Hope this helps!
