Wholesale Priced Products Not Included in Cart Total

We’ve had many orders fail to total correctly, because all products with wholesale pricing aren’t included in the cart total. They are included in the cart subtotal, but not the total.

Sometimes the orders process through with the wholesale products, but the price of the wholesale product is not charged. Other times, there are varying checkout errors preventing the order from being placed at all.

All these issues only occur when wholesale priced products are included in an order.

I’ve disabled the plugin for now, because it stopped working correctly when we moved to a new hosting service. Are there certain server settings that could need to be adjusted? If so, what would they be?
