Support » Plugin: Booster for WooCommerce » Wholesale price with multiple currency

  • Hello!

I’m using the wholesale price option on my site , and it works like a charm , but we’re about to use multiple currencies , and i cant find such option to change the wholesale price for each currency.

For ex: We’re currently HUF ( Hungarian forint) as our main currency , but in other countries beside Hungary ( based on shipping) , the customer has to pay in euro . For each product the price for euro can be set via the “Currency per product” module , and we’re also using “Prices and Currencies by country” module too.

If i set the euro price for the product , and the wholesale option is enabled , it will use the same value as it uses for the HUF , just in € , which is obviously incorrect . ( IF the destination country is a country where the customer has to pay in €)

The wholesale prices are set directly “price directly” , and i would like to NOT use % based discounts either .

Has anyone else encountered this problem before?

    Thanks.

    Hello @active991,

I am Rony from the support team,

Can you please share the screenshots of the module configuration and product prices?

So I can easily check what’s going wrong.

    Thank you

    Hello @ronyp !

    Thanks for your support.

I attach 2 screenshots , on the first you can see a product , which has a price of 1400 HUF , on the wholesale settings its set that if someone buys min. 12 unit , then it only costs 1080 HUF ea. , and on 1536 unit it’s 880 HUF ea.

If I try to set an EUR based price for the product aswell (with Prices and Currencies by Country module) , The pricing will work as follow:
-The base price that I set in EUR will work below 12 quantity
    – After 12 quantity the wholesale price will come in place , but the value will stay 1080 , just the currency will change to EUR ( which is absurd , it should be somewhere around 3 EUR )

    Hey!

No , do you have any solution? @ksaltik

No I don’t have any solution.

2 months and a week and you are not able to solve your problem.

My solutions is simple giving up using woocommerce which don’t support very simple needs for an ecommerce website.

And start to use solution which support multi currency etc features natively.

SO I SEE THAT THIS PLUGIN DEVELOPERS SUPPORT IS POOR. I AM SEARCHING FOR A SOLUTION TO MAKE MY WEBSITE SUPPORT MULTI CURRENCY.

THERE IS NOT ANY SOLUTION THAT WORKS ESPECIALLY WITH CACHING PLUGINS.

    Hello @active991,

My sincere apologies for the delay in response.
Can you please kindly export and share your current module setting with me here or can you please reach me here?

As you know different users configure and use plugins differently so I need proper setup to replicate the issue.

    Kind Regards,
