Who owns our blog?

    Just taken over as marketing manager in the UK, no one knows who owns our Dutch blog.

    I’ve tried emailing everyone in the company.

    I’ve tried putting the email addresses of likely suspects in reset password so upon seeing that a password had been sent to someone I’d at least know who to chase up.

    Content is still being posted there though by “Administrator” ??

    I thought maybe content was being posted there from another site -but someone would have had to have got a WordPress log in for that site at one time + I googled a sentence from that content and it only appears on the Dutch blog.

    I’ve tried commenting on a post and it is currently awaiting moderation…

    I need to gain access to our Dutch blog http://beabetterbusiness.nl/blog/?p=106

    How?

    wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. So this is not something that we can really help you with,

    Could you not at least direct me to where I need to go to get some help?

    I couldn’t find anything else in my WordPress dashboard that looks like somewhere to ask.

    I’m sorry but we literally have less access to information about your site than you do. All I can suggest is that you start by contacting your hosts.

    if you have access to your site’s file management system and database manager, have a look at resetting the password:

    Is it possible to get into the site’s file management system and database manager without knowing the correct username, email address or password?

    you will need to contact your hosting company to get these data.

    That’s a different issue and that person will still need access to their hosting account.
