# WHMCS Bridge 404 Errors

 * New install, I keep getting 404 errors when trying to access the default whmcs-
   bridge that was created, froppa.com, whmcs seems to work find alone. i have uninstalled
   and reinstall whmcs and whmcs bridge many time, still getting the same error.

   in /home/froppa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/whmcs-bridge/includes/http.class.

 * but [http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal](http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal)
   alone loads fine.

 * Please note this is something you need to talk to your hosting provider about,
   you can log in via SSH to your hosting machine and run the following command
 * curl -v “[http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal&#8221](http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal&#8221);
 * 99% of the time it’s due to the hosting provider not setting up hairpin NAT correctly.
