Very good support—fixed an issue in a matter of hours

Great support response by the Phlox team. They addressed my problem within a few hours, and in seconds (the time it took me to paste in the piece of code they prescribed), I’d fixed an issue with whitespace above the footer appearing on every page and was driving me mad, lol!

I was skeptical, to be honest, but placing a description of the problem on the Averta forum yielded a quick solution. Very impressed, and deserving of the kudos I’m giving them here.
