whitelist tables

is there any way to prevent “good” tables from showing up in future searches?

ex:
All Import uses 4 tables, but only 1 is identified by the plugin, the other 3 (see below) are being identified as ones to delete:

wp_pmxi_files
wp_pmxi_imports
wp_pmxi_templates

How does this plugin identify what a “good” and what a “bad” table is?
